galon In the heart of purple Périgord, the Reygasse farm was built in the sixteenth century. Even today, it retains its agricultural vocation by hosting a breeding, a walnut grove and a chestnut grove on a area of twenty hectares of meadows and forests.

After almost thirty years of agricultural experience in different regions, I took over 2018 the family farm to continue the production and processing of ducks fat farmers, as well as an arboricultural activity producing nuts and chestnuts in organic farming. My mother, who kept this place alive for over forty years, gave me transmitted its know-how.

Like her, I chose to continue working with a small farm in order to pay the greatest attention to the quality of my products. All of the transformations are carried out on the farm. Year after year, like a craftsman, I am refining my practices in order to offer you foie gras, confits and other breasts for the pleasure of your friends and family.

If you want to explore the region, I will welcome you in one of our rooms guests, at the farm inn for a meal, or for a stopover on our area reserved for motorhomes and I will be happy to discuss my activity with you and my passion.
